The gap we're closing
A four-year IT degree in Nepal today costs 15–20 lakh. Yet most graduates still aren't hireable for entry-level engineering roles. Companies retrain them for 6–12 months before they can ship. That's a broken loop — and students pay for it twice.
What we do differently
IID students spend their days inside real IT companies — writing production code, joining standups, being mentored by senior engineers — while completing their accredited degree from Nepal Open University in the evenings. Four years later, they graduate with a degree and four years of shipped work.
